Manifesto

What drives me.

The principles behind every decision I make. Tap each one to read it.

01

Impact is measured by what it leaves in place.

Not by what gets announced. The projects I build must keep working when I am no longer there. That is the bar.

02

Youth is not a phase; it is a force.

Mexico needs leaders who have listened to new generations before deciding for them. We do not speak for young people: we walk with them.

03

Without structure, ideas do not scale.

Diagnosis, strategy and execution. Without all three, any initiative, however well-intentioned, stays a promise. My discipline is execution.

04

Without alliances, there is no transformation.

I work across the public, private and social sectors because complex problems demand broad coalitions, not lone heroes. Bringing people together is harder than competing; it is also more effective.

05

Developing leaders is the most important work.

Every person trained, every team equipped and every changemaker activated adds to a Mexico led from the ground up. That is the country I am building, one leader at a time.

My vision for Mexico

A country led from the ground up.

01

Young people as actors, not subjects.

From campaign talking point to a source of decisions: citizen councils with binding voice, youth seats in public representation and budgets spent by and for new generations. Mexican youth no longer ask for permission; they ask for tools.

02

Education rooted in each region.

Education that speaks the language of each region and opens the door to a first decent job. University–small business alliances, structured mentoring from high school, and technical training valued as much as a university degree. Talent is not produced: it is nurtured.

03

Safety through intelligence and community.

Data-driven prevention, support for victims and a real state presence where the state has withdrawn. Safety is not solved with more weapons; it is solved with institutions people can actually reach.

04

Circular economy and regional competitiveness.

Sustainability as a competitive edge, with Mexican small businesses leading the transition. Green public procurement, incentives for circular models and regional innovation ecosystems that do not depend on the capital.

05

An effective, open government.

Institutions that deliver, transparent processes, open data and citizen participation with verifiable results. Legitimacy is earned by delivering; nothing replaces it.
